Reservations

Before you reserve your appointment, please be sure to already know in mind the time, date & which exact service you’re inquiring about.

Each service has a certain duration which requires each client to provide their credit card information to hold their reservation.

Arriving

To ensure the best service, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for necessary paperwork and/or consultations that may take place.

If you’re tardy during the duration of your visit, your visit will not run past the ending duration time the was originally made during booking. Also, you will still be charged the full price of the service, Due to the duration slot that was taken up.

Cancelation

Please be courteous to our staff and your reservation duration by calling at a minimum of 12 hours prior to your appointment to cancel & 24 hours for any spa packages or services requiring 2 hours or more.  If failure to do so, your card will be charged a cancellation fee depending on the particular service.

Deposits

A 20% Deposit is required for all reservations.

Gift Cards

The Beauty Secret Gift  Cards are available for purchase and can be used at face value.

Refunds

As The Beauty Secret Family, we do our absolute best to ensure the best treatments possible. If you’re unhappy with any treatment, unfortunately, The Beauty Secret does not issue out refunds but we will offer you a spa credit to any service equivalent.
